ABOUT BAPTISTS FOR LIFE OF WISCONSIN

Our Program

Organizing

We offer concerned churches and individual members assistance in starting local affiliates of Baptists for Life of Wisconsin to effect change in their community.

Motivating

We seek to challenge Baptists to take positive, direct action to defend the defenseless (Psalm 82:3,4), to take a stand to protect human life, and seek ways to ensure its protection.

Our Philosophy

We believe that every born-again Christian has a God-given moral responsibility to take a stand against the shedding of innocent blood. To remain uninformed and inactive is contrary to the will of God, and invites His judgment. (Pro. 24:11-12)

We are committed to the preservation of the Biblical ethics which encourage the protection of families, children, unwed mothers, mentally and physically handicapped, the elderly, and the terminally ill.

We believe God intended the institution of Marriage to be between one man and one woman, as revealed in Genesis 1:27; 2:24-25.

We are further committed to sharing the Gospel with everyone to whom we minister, and discipling those who receive Christ as Savior.

Family

Local Church Chapters
We seek churches desiring to establish local pro-life ministries to become B.F.L.W. chapters.

Pregnancy Care Centers
We desire to establish a network of Pregnancy Care Centers throughout the state. These Centers will be operated by one or more local Baptist Churches in a geographic area for the purpose of ministering to those experiencing unplanned pregnancy. Information and assistance in establishing a Pregnancy Care Center ministry is available.
