August 2025 Prayer Letter

Numbers 32:23b “…and be sure your sin will find you out.” The context of this verse is when Moses was challenging the tribes of Ruben, Gad, and half of Manasseh to help the other tribes conquer the promised land. Those tribes did help the others and fulfilled what Moses was requiring them to do.

We know the entertainment industry has degenerated in their ethics, language, and content, but, for the most part, justice and right tends to prevail. The innocent are vindicated, the evil is exposed and punished, and good is restored. Sadly, we are aware that in life wrongs are not always made right, and sometimes people get away with evil all their lives and are not brought to justice. It happens enough time that we have people in all walks of life doing evil and questionable things believing they will get away with it. Right now we have a lot of corruption being exposed in the political realm that seemingly has been going on for years and we are watching to see if they really are going to be held accountable.

For us in the pro-life battle we wonder if those who are declaring “open season” on babies and those doing the killing will ever (in this life) be held accountable.

Continue to pray for this ministry of Baptists for Life of Wisconsin that we find someone to take the leadership to another level. I believe we are needing to be about our Father’s business and I believe this is the Father’s business.

Please be in prayer for our State as our elected officials consider what is legal and what is unlawful and that their conclusions line up with what the Bible teaches. We need to pray for coming elections and get out and vote for those that stand where we stand.

August 15th – 17th I will be speaking at the Seniors retreat at Trail Ridge Camp in Hillsboro. I would appreciate your prayers for me that I will be an encouragement to the folks that come. Perhaps you might consider coming and being an encouragement to me. Hope to see you there.

Thank you for all your prayers and support of this important ministry.

In Christ,

Andrew K. Buhrow
