Romans 8:18 = “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”

As I approach the sunset years of my life I have become more concerned with what heaven will be like. It’s hard for me to comprehend what life will be like in heaven, because usually what we do is take what we really like here on earth, embellish it to the maximum, and consider that as heaven. However, most of those things are what Satan has used to distract us from doing God’s will while we were here.

What we do know is that there will be no more suffering, pain or death. We will be with our Lord and Savior for eternity and there will be no sin to distract or defeat us. Though I don’t know how it all works yet, I have put all my eggs in one basket (so to speak) and am trusting Jesus Christ as my Savior. I don’t have a plan “B”. May the goal of BFLW always be that we might share the Gospel so others also have the hope of eternal life.

As a result of our two pro-life rallies we received over $4,000. We are planning to use that money to help our centers do a media blitz. All our centers and our AIM programs will be able to use this. The goal is to raise $12,000 for this project. If you or your church would like to help us raise the total amount we would appreciate it. You can send it to me at 18132 Iceland Rd., Sparta, WI 54656 or to Pastor Dan Stertz, 625 Cherry Cir N, Hudson, WI 54016, and mark it for the “Media Blitz”.

Our next special event will be our “Summit” for all present and prospective pregnancy center workers. This will take place on August 17th at Calvary Baptist Church in Watertown, WI. There is no cost for the summit, but we do need to know how many are coming. If you are considering it please let us know. You can call me at 608-780-4576 or email me at

Thanks to all your prayers, Nancy and I are doing pretty well health-wise. Please keep praying for us so we can finish this year and also keep praying for someone to take over this ministry next year.

Thank you for all your prayers and support for this important ministry.

In Christ,
